We Deliver Up and Down the East Coast

Picture8We at Casa Di Roma have been in the retail furniture business since 1972. We have a real brick and mortar, 12,000 square foot retail showroom located in Farmingdale, NY. We have our own trucks and own professional delivery men with 20 years of experience making in home delivery for all of our local delivery’s in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and some parts of Pennsylvania.

For all other states, we deliver too.  The biggest problem with ordering furniture online is having it arrive in one piece at our customer’s home. The difference between us and any other online furniture operation is that we receive your merchandise at our warehouse where we look the boxes over for any visible damage and if necessary, open the boxes and inspect your furniture. Your items are then loaded onto a truck and go DIRECTLY TO YOUR HOME. It is never unloaded off that truck again until it arrives at your destination. It is delivered by people who only deliver furniture and nothing else.

Other trucking companies will load and unload your furniture many times before it arrives to you. This causes greater risk of damage. In most instances, several of the people handling your furniture are not “furniture people,” so they don’t know how to handle the goods, causing damage. Our goal is to deliver furniture to our out-of-state customers just like we deliver to our local customers. Unfortunately, this only allows us to deliver to some states.

Our out of state delivery service has been doing deliveries for us up and down the east coast for more than 30 years. You will receive “white glove” in home delivery service from courteous, trustworthy and skilled delivery men who are very knowledgeable with our merchandise. These are not Truck Drivers they are furniture delivery people.

Pickup and Delivery Information

You are welcome to pick up or arrange to have your own carrier pick up merchandise at our warehouse and be delivered to you at no charge*. Any furniture once picked up from our warehouse must be inspected by carrier and any damages discovered upon receiving the merchandise must be serviced by that carrier as well as replacing any damaged items which can’t be serviced. What we are saying is, once it leaves our warehouse, it is out of our hands.

For Deliveries outside of the local area: Delivery charge based on 20 percent of purchase price, with a maximum cost of $800.00. Any purchases exceeding $4,000.00, will be delivered at no additional cost. Minimum delivered purchased is $1,000.00.
